TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking services, submitting a form, purchasing a creative package, or engaging in a project with

I Dont Know Agency LLC ("IDK Agency"), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Project Process

All projects begin once an agreement, proposal, or invoice has been approved and a 50 percent deposit has been received.

Projects are scheduled only after deposit confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to delivery of final assets.

Deposits are non refundable once work has commenced.

Revisions & Approvals

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds based on the selected package or agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur additional fees.

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback. Delayed approvals may result in project timeline adjustments.

Turnaround & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary depending on project scope.

Typical turnaround ranges from 3 to 14 business days, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Expedited delivery may be available for an additional 25 percent rush fee.

Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients are granted a commercial usage license to use the final delivered assets for personal or commercial purposes.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, copyright ownership of the creative work remains with I Dont Know Agency LLC.

IDK Agency retains the right to display completed projects for portfolio, marketing, case studies, social media, and promotional purposes.

Projects are non exclusive unless explicitly agreed in writing.

AI Assisted Creative Tools

IDK Agency may use artificial intelligence and machine assisted creative tools as part of the creative production workflow.

These tools are used to enhance creative direction, visual development, and production efficiency.

Final deliverables are curated, directed, and edited by IDK Agency.

AI Training & Dataset Liability

IDK Agency does not control or manage the training datasets used by third party artificial intelligence tools.

Clients acknowledge that AI tools are external technologies and agree that IDK Agency is not liable for claims relating to the datasets used to train such systems.

Prohibited AI Training Use

Clients may not use any deliverables created by IDK Agency to train machine learning systems, AI models, or automated image generation tools without written permission.

Client Responsibilities

Clients confirm they have the legal rights to any materials provided for use in a project, including but not limited to:

logos
brand assets
product images
photography
design files
references

Clients agree to indemnify IDK Agency from claims arising from unauthorized materials supplied by the client.

Payments

Payments are processed through approved invoicing systems.

Late payments may delay project delivery or result in project suspension.

Failure to complete payment may result in termination of the project and revocation of usage rights.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel a project prior to completion. Deposits are non refundable.

If cancellation occurs after work has begun, clients may be invoiced for work completed up to that point.

Limitation of Liability

IDK Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption resulting from the use of creative deliverables.

Communication

Official communication will occur via email or designated project communication platforms.

IDK Agency aims to respond to inquiries within 24 business hours.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
